Where dos this alertness and focus come from?
Nutrients. Figs is particularly a great source of energy. But it's not only about what we put in. It's what we leave out - like caffeine. As you continue your rituals with Mellow Rooster, and start to achieve better sleep, this is where the significant (but gradual) energy will come from. If your sleep is compromised, so is your mind & body. If you sleep is optimized... you'll just have to find out.

Our Organic Mission Figs are sourced from the Central California San Joaquin Valley, where the figs are grown, harvested, and sun dried naturally and pesticide-free by a group of hard-working farmers. Yes, these figs are Fair-Trade!
Can I brew Mellow Rooster like coffee?
Yes, and we recommend it! The ONLY brewing process we do not recommend is espresso machines. Learn more at How to Brew
Can I brew Mellow Rooster a second time?
You can - try steeping it for at least 5 minutes.
A 3rd time? Probably not, BUT you could use it as a BODY SCRUB! It turns out that our blend is incredible for your skin :)

Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at email@example.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Why has my order been canceled?
We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll do our best to make it right by you and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via firstname.lastname@example.org, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.
Can I alter my order?
Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the United States. Sorry for the inconvenience!
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and where in the country it’s being delivered. If your order value is more than $35, we provide free shipping within the U.S.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
It says my package was delivered, but it's not here... WHERE IS IT?!
Not again, USPS! It is quite common for USPS to leave packages with your neighbors. Dang humans and their errors. Please check in with your neighbors, and wait a couple more delivery days. Waiting is a total bummer, but 99% of the time, packages do get delivered! If your Mellow Rooster package still does not appear, let us know and we'll righteously send another package your way.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange an item?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only ask that you be nice to our support team. To start a return or for any questions, you can contact us at email@example.com.
How do I return an item?
Please contact our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org. Providing the return is within the 30-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, our support team will issue you with a return label. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.
I received a damaged product
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via email@example.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.
